Berkeley Substance Abuse Help Psychotherapist
Substance addiction and even abuse can bankrupt families, careers, and lives.
Shame, guilt, self loathing are some of the feelings that people incur while suffering from addiction or loving a person with an addiction.
Whether you are a family member, friend, or the person with the addiction, substance dependency can bring up complicated struggles and emotions. Psychotherapy can provide the support you need to stop this addictive cycle.
My goal is to offer a private, confidential, and healing environment to explore your needs and feelings.
I have a non-judgmental, interactive and warm therapeutic style and feel comfortable providing feedback to help you tackle addiction.
Over the course of therapy, we will assess the complexity of your substance abuse/addiction, strengths, history, and develop an individualized treatment plan to help live a more content and thriving life.
