Divorce or the ending of a significant relationship can take your normal existence, through emotional tossing and turning, and leave nothing that resembles the life you once had.

Experiencing grief and depression from divorce or separation is common when a person's significant relationship ends. The sense of loss can be comparable to the death of a loved one. For the time being, depression from divorce can seem to color everything in your life.

This can be a very sad and isolating time as your hopes and dream with your partner end. Right now, you may feel as if you’ll never love anyone again or wonder if you will ever feel happy and secure again.

Unfortunately, you can't go back and change the past but you can allow yourself to find contentment and happiness now and for the future.
